Pricing: Although we strive to maintain constant prices, they are subject to change without notice. Prices listed are NET and do not include freight, special handling, duties or taxes.
Payment Terms: Credit terms are available to all accounts who have established a credit pattern of prompt bill payment with their current suppliers. Credit applications are available upon request. Terms must be pre-approved by Gaia Herbs credit department. The following credit cards are gladly accepted: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, security code, and billing zip code, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. You authorize your Gaia Herbs sales representative to place orders on your behalf if applicable.
Minimum Order: We have no minimum amount a customer must order. However, all orders under $200 will be charged $12 for shipping.

Minimum order free FedEx Ground Service:
$200.00. Orders below $200 will be charged $12 for shipping cost. - Shipping upgrades are available at the customer's request and will be charged actual shipping costs.
- Orders over $250 to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be shipped FREE FedEx 2-Day One Rate.
- Orders will be processed and shipped within one business day if received prior to 2 p.m. Eastern Standard.
- Orders on credit hold will not be shipped until account is current.
- All minimums apply to actual order total. Please reorder any out of stock items on your next order.
Credit and Returns Terms
Product returns must be submitted to a Gaia Herbs Customer Service Representative to review your request for the return of products. You will be provided with a RMA (Returns Material Authorization) number if approved. When returning product to Gaia Herbs please write the RMA number on the outside of all packages and return to:

Product returned to Gaia Herbs without an RMA number will be refused. Please pack and wrap returns sufficiently so the bottles are not broken during shipping. If product is received damaged, a credit will not be issued. Returns will be processed and a credit note will be transmitted within 10 business days for return-related credits.
All credit requests not related to returns must be submitted to the Customer Service department. The original invoice number, reason for credit, SKU and quantity must be provided to successfully initiate a credit request. If approved, you can expect a credit note to be transmitted within 10 business days.
Consumer Returns: Gaia Herbs guarantees satisfaction; therefore, all consumer returns are 100% guaranteed. Consumer returns must be submitted by the Gaia Herbs sales representative with item numbers. A credit memo will be issued and sent to the appropriate store and can be used on any open invoice.
Damages: Upon receipt of damaged goods, please notify Customer Service within 7 business days; hold the product and original packaging. Three photos will need to be taken: outside box, inside box, actual damaged product.
Gaia Herbs Order Errors: (Short shipped items, mis-picked items, missing discounts, wrong item entered) please notify Customer Service within 7 business days of receipt of order for appropriate corrective action.
Customer Returns: Returns submitted within 21 days from invoice date will have credit issued at original invoice cost upon receiving items back to Gaia Herbs. Returns past the 21 days from invoice date will have a 25% restocking fee applied. Please contact your Gaia Herbs sales representative to facilitate this process.
- Returned product must be in original condition, with no stickers/sticker residue, writing, or damage to carton or bottle. Any product returned in less than original condition will not be eligible for credit.
Returns over 21 days to 90 days from invoice (expired product may not be returned): - 25% restocking fee applied.

- Please contact your Gaia Herbs Sales Rep with the original invoice # and lot #'s to facilitate this process. The items are to be shipped back to Gaia Herbs at the customer's expense.
Discontinued products are not eligible for credit or returns.
Returns are not accepted after 90 days.
Special Orders Not Picked Up: Special orders (4 oz. or larger) and bulk orders CANNOT be returned for credit. Retailers are told that information when the order is placed.
Short Paid Invoices: Gaia Herbs disallows short paying of your invoice. If you feel you are due a credit on your order, please notify Gaia Herbs Customer Service to initiate a credit which may applied to the invoice in question.
Credit Memos: Gaia Herbs will not automatically apply credits. All credit memos will only be valid for 12-months from the date of issue.
