Brand and Language Policy for Gaia Herbs, Inc.

Gaia Herbs, Inc., (Gaia) has unilaterally adopted this Brand and Product Language Policy, which shall apply to distributors and retailers, including internet retailers, (collectively, “Resellers”) located in the U.S. Receipt of this document in printed or electronic form constitutes an acknowledgement of stated policy.

Definitions

RESELLER – Person or company marketing and /or selling Gaia Herbs products

 GAIA – Gaia Herbs, Inc., 101 Gaia Herbs Drive, Brevard, NC 28712

Policy

Any use or displaying of the GAIA   logo, literature, or language used in selling or promoting GAIA products must be done in compliance with all GAIA policies. It is GAIA’s policy that product information displayed on RESELLER’s website or RESELLER’s marketing material must mimic what is displayed on GAIA’s website, www.gaiaherbs.com  or  other  approved  material  provided  by  GAIA.  Resellers  may choose to only use a portion of the available approved text on GAIA’s website or other approved material provided by GAIA, but any text used in description of products must use language found on the GAIA website, or other approved material.

It is the RESELLER’s responsibility to make adjustments to aforementioned materials as changes in product description are made by GAIA on their website or other approved materials. It is recommended that RESELLER review GAIA’s website against their own marketing materials on a routine basis to ensure compliancy with this policy.

If marketing material previously provided by GAIA has been discontinued, this material shall not be displayed, copied or used by RESELLER after RESELLER has been made aware of its discontinuation. Removal from GAIA’s pricelist and/or other notification to RESELLER may alert RESELLER of marketing material discontinuation.

GAIA shall not be held liable or responsible in any way for any claim that is made concerning GAIA products or any other health advice that is not noted on www.gaiaherbs.com. The RESELLER shall indemnify and hold GAIA harmless for any claims arising out of the use of unauthorized claims by the RESELLER.
